This document contains conditions and terms applicable to customers who purchased the company`s products sold on the web site.

Ordering the products on-line: once the internet site registration is complete ,the customer can select and mark the products
he is interested in purchasing by clicking on the "store" or the "purchase carriage" link. there he can find and request the product
he is interested in purchasing.If from any reason it is not possible to execute the purchase in the web site,the customer is welcome
to send an e-mail to Sales@lcontrol.com and a company`s representative is obligated to respond within 24 hours.

Delivery: deliveries of products to domestic and international addresses are available with UPS , Fedex and DHL, depends on customer`s preference. In case that the products are needed to be taken personally by the customer himself, a telephone or/and e-mail will notify him when the delivery is ready to be taken by him. The Lcontrol company is not responsible to any damage or fine due to delays in delivery if the cause to the delay is due to incontrollable causes that are not in the company`s control in a reasonable measure(including: transportation delays in delivery or suppliers delays in handing the product to the customer).

Products return policy: if customer is unsatisfied from any reason with the company`s products or other company`s products that are offered in the web site, it is possible to return the item within 14 days from purchase for a full refund. The product will be returned unused and undamaged to Lcontrol company in its original package. A damage to the product during its delivery need to be brought to the delivery company`s attention. Lcontrol will not be responsible for damage caused during delivery.

Terms of sale: the product`s price will be fully paid by customer before delivering the product. The products will remain at the ownership of Lcontrol until full payment has detailed in the invoice. Seller shall be entitled to refuse or delay shipments if the customer has not met all payments to the seller. The Price in the web site does not include delivery fees and Tax.

means of purchase and terms: Lcontrol supports online payments (as detailed below) in advanced bank transfer to our bank account or through paypal. Prices are in U.S. dollars P.O.B Israel city of Ashkelon.

EFT payment: Lcontrol accept bank transfers for all purchases. Lcontrol carry committed bank transfer fee by her bank only (receiving bank). Customer shall pay for all fees (the original bank and intermediate bank). Shipping items ordered by the customer will be made only after receiving the entire purchase price to Lcontrol bank account.

Payments via PayPal: amounts less than $ 2000 can be paid immediately using PayPal with the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express. amounts higher than $2000 can be paid by credit card or a direct transfer after PayPal approval. Verification of the account may take at least 3-5 business days.

Security: Payments are made via PayPal's secured system. When payments are made via PayPal. PayPal is responsible for clearing, and announces us immediately after payment is received from the customer. Using PayPal is free of charge for the customer. Lcontrol does not keep details of credit cards numbers.

Changes: Lcontrol reserves the right to make changes in the product`s specifications and/or the products themselves, without advance notice relaying on its own judgment in order to correct errors in the specifications or to improve the product. The information on the site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Warranty: All products are Lcontrol overall responsibility for defects in product materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment from the factory. Defective products repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, at no cost to the customer except the cost of shipping back to the manufacturer or the negligence or improper use of the product is damaged.
